Spending the day at Ocado Retail Group HQ was an absolute pleasure. We joined the team to celebrate National Pizza Day, bringing Mozzafiore Pearls, Superstraccia, and Crematta to the table in a menu created with Alex and Caroline Bryant. Seeing our collection being enjoyed in real dishes, shared around the table, is always the most exciting part.

This event was the perfect opportunity to showcase how Mozzafiore Pearls, Superstraccia, and Crematta can be used in a variety of dishes, offering richness and depth in ways that feel effortless. Whether it is a dairy free mozzarella alternative, a plant based stracciatella, or a vegan mascarpone style cheese for desserts, each product stands on its own.


Mozzafiore Pearls in a Fresh and Vibrant Salad


Mozzafiore Pearls, our newest product, were served marinated in balsamic with fresh tomatoes and basil. Light, delicate, and full of character, this dairy free pearl brings something completely new to the table. It is not just about replacing mozzarella, it is about offering a fresh perspective on vegan cheese.


Perfect for salads, antipasti, and appetizers, Mozzafiore Pearls add a subtle creaminess and balance to any dish. The way they soak up flavors makes them a dream to work with in the kitchen, whether you are keeping things simple or getting creative with textures and contrasts.


Superstraccia Bringing Creamy Comfort to Pizza


Superstraccia was the star of our puff pastry pizza, melting effortlessly into the tomato base and toppings, bringing everything together in that unmistakable creamy way. A perfect example of how vegan cheese can be just as rich and indulgent as traditional options.


Inspired by stracciatella but designed to be its own thing, Superstraccia works beautifully in both warm and cold dishes. Whether spooned over pizza, folded into pasta, or layered into sandwiches, it is all about versatility.


Crematta Creating the Perfect Dairy Free and Vegan Tiramisu


For dessert, Crematta took center stage in a vegan tiramisu, offering the same luscious, creamy texture you would expect from mascarpone, with a smoothness that makes every bite feel indulgent. Dairy free mascarpone alternatives often miss the mark, but Crematta is designed with balance in mind. Light yet creamy, rich yet not overpowering.


Beyond desserts, Crematta is perfect for both sweet and savory applications. Spread it on toast, whip it into dips, or use it as a base for sauces. It is one of those ingredients that just works, no matter where you put it.
