CLEARSPRING MATCHA AFFOGATO FT CREMATTA®
JULIENNE BRUNO Crematta Vegan Cheese
Ingredients
- Crematta ®
- Clearspring Matcha
- Sugar
- Vanilla
Method
- First we prepare the ice cream. Mix the Crematta with sugar and vanilla, whisk well to incorporate and freeze overnight.
- Bring the water to boil, ideally to 80 degrees (otherwise it can burn the leaves and it won’t taste as good), pour and whisk it generously until it foams.
- Place two to three ice cubes in the matcha bowl and slowly stir, this helps make the texture silky and glossy.
- Add a dollop of the ice cream into the cortado glass and (carefully) pour the matcha in.
- Enjoy!
