We are overjoyed to announce that Crematta® and Burrella® have been awarded Great Taste Awards for 2024. Crematta® has been awarded 2 stars and Burrella® has been awarded 1 star.
We are incredibly proud to say that this means the entirety of our Collection 01 are the recipients of the Great Taste Awards, with the 2024 awards following on from Superstraccia® being awarded 1 star in 2023.

The judges comments regarding the 2024 Awards for Crematta® and Superstraccia® are below:
Crematta - 2 Stars
"This has a bright white colour that screams cream cheese – and it doesn't disappoint. Savoury creamy flavours with soft yet firm texture give an incredible mouthfeel of buttery silkiness that can't be beaten. A great product that we definitely want to spread on a cracker or most definitely on a carrot cake!
The firm creamy paste had excellent texture – soft and whipped – and with a bright white colour. The mouthfeel was creamy and light though the judges felt the finish was a little watery, with a very slight oily coating in the mouth. However, the flavour was impressive – rich and indulgent with a characteristic lactic tang and citrus freshness. We can imagine this being very useful for many applications and we'd be interested to see how it cooks.
This is a light and airy spread with a mild creamy flavour and an interesting tang. The judges were impressed by the whipped moussey nature of this and could think of multiple uses for it. There is a well-judged level of flavour and sweetness."
Burrella - 1 Star
This looks stunning and just like a Burrata, pure white, round and nestling in 'whey'. It is a little soft to cut. The flavour is authentic – mild and creamy. We did wish the skin had been a bit firmer so it did not fall apart quite so much but we are blown away by the flavour and think it is simply delicious so worthy of a star. Good work!
Delicious!! Creamy and buttery joy. There is a single note of creamy cheese that sings and dances on your palate with elegance. Beautiful, it has the perfect mouthfeel that has longevity with its butteriness.
