They have partnered with @gracebeverley to bring you a bowl designed to power performance on busy days, inspired by Grace's need for lasting energy and focus, as the busiest woman we know.
The Grace Beverley Bowl is a plant-based twist on their much-loved salad, The GOAT, featuring maple-tamari mushrooms, JULIENNE BRUNO Superstraccia, and red rice. This bowl prioritises complete plant-based proteins and complex carbohydrates, ensuring a steady release of energy and delicious flavours for those who are always on the go.
Founded by Florian and James in the summer of 2021. Today, the Salad Project are now a six store operation, expanding across London.
