Ingredients

Method

  1. First we prepare the ice cream. Mix the Crematta with sugar and vanilla, whisk well to incorporate and freeze overnight.
  2. Bring the water to boil, ideally to 80 degrees (otherwise it can burn the leaves and it won’t taste as good), pour and whisk it generously until it foams.
  3. Place two to three ice cubes in the matcha bowl and slowly stir, this helps make the texture silky and glossy.
  4. Add a dollop of the ice cream into the cortado glass and (carefully) pour the matcha in.
  5. Enjoy!
