- Torres Truffle Crisps

Method
- On a low heat, gently caramelize the onions until they turn sweet, brown, and slightly translucent—take your time here.
- Once ready, assemble: Spread a generous dollop of Crematta on each crostini, followed by a spoonful of caramelized onions. Crumble the truffle crisps on top, and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Serve immediately.
