DARK CHOCOLATE ICE CREMATTA®

Ingredients

  • Crematta® Crematta®
  • Vanilla Extract Vanilla Extract
  • Icing Sugar Icing Sugar
  • Dark chocolate, melted Dark chocolate, melted

Method

  1. *The day before* Whip Crematta® with icing sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract until desired sweetness.
  2. Pour into Ice Cream moulds, insert wooden sticks and place in the freezer overnight.
  3. The next day, melt dark chocolate in a bowl and dip your frozen Crematta® into the melted chocolate.
  4. Remove and set aside until hardened (not to place on a plate as it will stick, held in hand is fine as will take 10 - 20 seconds)
  5. Enjoy!
