DARK CHOCOLATE ICE CREMATTA®
Ingredients
- Crematta®
- Vanilla Extract
- Icing Sugar
- Dark chocolate, melted
Method
- *The day before* Whip Crematta® with icing sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract until desired sweetness.
- Pour into Ice Cream moulds, insert wooden sticks and place in the freezer overnight.
- The next day, melt dark chocolate in a bowl and dip your frozen Crematta® into the melted chocolate.
- Remove and set aside until hardened (not to place on a plate as it will stick, held in hand is fine as will take 10 - 20 seconds)
- Enjoy!
