Ingredients

  • Crematta 75g Crematta 75g
  • Dolce & Gabbana Linguine Dolce & Gabbana Linguine
  • Gochujang Paste 1-2 tbsp (depending on personal preference) Gochujang Paste 1-2 tbsp (depending on personal preference)

Method

  1. Add your linguine to your hot water with a pinch of salt and cook according to instructions on the packaging.
  2. Simply mix a bit of the pasta water with gochujang and Crematta, make sure to mix it together well (you can also try the mantecar method where you toss the pan enthusiastically) to ensure it emulsifies into a single silky sauce.
  3. Add in your cooking linguine and stir until evenly covered.
  4. Plate up and enjoy!
