RHYTHM 108 COOKIE CRUMBLE CHEESECAKE WITH HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS FT CREMATTA®
JULIENNE BRUNO Crematta - Vegan Cream Cheese - Vegan Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 300g Crematta®
- 30g Sugar Powder
- A Touch Of Vanilla Extract
- 100g Hazelnut Truffle Tablet By Rhythm 108
- 135g Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Biscuits By Rhythm 108
Method
- Place your biscuits in a sheet of baking paper, folder over the edges and break up with a rolling pin. Place into a dish of your choosing and press the biscuits until a level base is achieved. Set aside.
- Add one tablespoon of sugar powder and one teaspoon of vanilla extract to 300g of Crematta® and whisk until combined. Generously dollop the mixture onto the crumble base.
- Finish by grating the Hazelnut Truffle Tablet over the top of your cheesecake. Place into the refrigerator overnight to set.
