Ingredients

  • 300g Crematta® 300g Crematta®
  • 30g Sugar Powder 30g Sugar Powder
  • A Touch Of Vanilla Extract A Touch Of Vanilla Extract
  • 100g Hazelnut Truffle Tablet By Rhythm 108 100g Hazelnut Truffle Tablet By Rhythm 108
  • 135g Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Biscuits By Rhythm 108 135g Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Biscuits By Rhythm 108

Method

  1. Place your biscuits in a sheet of baking paper, folder over the edges and break up with a rolling pin. Place into a dish of your choosing and press the biscuits until a level base is achieved. Set aside.
  2. Add one tablespoon of sugar powder and one teaspoon of vanilla extract to 300g of Crematta® and whisk until combined. Generously dollop the mixture onto the crumble base.
  3. Finish by grating the Hazelnut Truffle Tablet over the top of your cheesecake. Place into the refrigerator overnight to set.
  4. Enjoy!
