Padron Pepper Recipe
Ingredients
- Padron Peppers
- Superstraccia®
- Maldon Salt Flakes
- Chill Oil
Method
- 1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat, fry the peppers, stirring frequently, for 5 mins until blistered and wilted. The peppers should be soft and slightly charred.
- 2. Create a bed of Superstraccia on a plate, place the peppers alongside and then spoon chilli oil over the Superstraccia and peppers.
- 3. Enjoy!
