TOMATO ICE SHAVED BURRELLA
Tomato Burrata Recipe
Ingredients
- Beef Tomato (frozen)
- Burrella
- EVOO
- Balsamic Glaze
- Fresh Basil
- Salt
Method
- *The night before* wash and place your tomato into the freezer.
- Carefully drain and scoop your Burrella into a bowl or plate.
- Using a hand grater, grate some tomato onto the Burrella
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Finish with a pinch of salt or Fleur de sel and dress with a basil leaf. Eat using a spoon or bread as desired.
