Ingredients

  • Fresh Basil Fresh Basil

  • Maldon Chilli Sea Salt Maldon Chilli Sea Salt

Method

  1. Finely slice your heritage tomatoes and gently place on your plate, alternating in colour.
  2. Cut the peach in half horizontally and twist the halves apart. The side with the pit can be placed pit-down and a perpendicular cut made across the seam. Twist again to separate the halves and remove the pit. Cut into evenly sized slices (around 9 per peach)
  3. Place the Burrella into the centre of the tomatoes and slice to open up the creamy inner.
  4. Position your sliced peaches around the Burrella® and garnish withcfresh basil leaves.
  5. Finish with a generous sprinkle of Maldon Chilli Sea Salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Enjoy!
