HERB & GARLIC OIL DIPPING PLATE W. BURRELLA
This is the perfect recipe for a sharing style table dinner, eating outside with friends on a warm evening!
Ingredients

1 Burrella
-
1 small vine, cherry tomatoes

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 clove garlic, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped finely

1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp dried red chilli flakes
-
½ tsp Maldon salt
-
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
-
Flatbread crackers or a crusty baguette (to serve)
Method
- Roast tomatoes in a hot oven, 220c for 10 minutes until blistered and beginning to soften.
- To plate, simply pour olive oil into the centre of a rimmed plate (side plate size is ideal), spoon minced garlic, herbs, chilli and salt onto the plate before drizzling balsamic over.
- Plate tomatoes and the Burrella before scooping up with crackers or bread.
- Ideal with a glass of cold white wine.ENJOY!
